On the 6th World Internet Conference, the "medical guarantee system for major events" was put into use for the first time to serve the event, which was co-developed by Zhejiang Lab and the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Medical School of Zhejiang University. This set of medical guarantee information command system is complete in functions, quick in response and accurate in scheduling. It’s learned that the command department, upon receiving a request for rescue and assistance from a volunteer at the site, may assign a task of rescue to the nearest medical treatment team via the system. Later, the medical treatment team will hurry to the spot and use the medical information system terminal to create a medical history for the patient quickly, apply AR video technology to establish a video connection with the command center right there, and enter the medical history into the system after conducting a preliminary diagnosis at the spot. Throughout the process, the physiological information of the patient such as heart rate and blood pressure can be seen in a real-time manner so that a timely diagnosis and treatment response can be made at the backstage.

It’s reported that the system can be customized flexibly according to the medical guarantee demands of a single large event and integrate different functions such as geographic location information, medical texts and data, pictures, images and voice communication and group broadcasting to satisfy the demands of different user terminals such as commanding and scheduling, communication, quick transmission of multimedia information, multi--terminal remote consultation, real-time monitoring of the overall situation and progress, and data reporting.
