In order to strengthen the party building work of the digital economy, Hangzhou has recently established a Comprehensive Party Committee of Digital Economy and released the “139 action plan” for the "digital engine" party brand building.

The Comprehensive Party Committee of Digital Economy was established on the basis of the Hangzhou Economic and Information Technology Bureau. It accepted the leadership and guidance of the two working committees, which are the Organization Department of Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee. It was constructed in accordance with the model of "business department + industry leader enterprise + industry cluster (town)".

At the same time, the institution will strengthen talent support services, promote platform strategic cooperation and exchanges, give play to the leadership of party management talents, integrate and agglomerate effects, and create an innovative and excellent ecosystem for talents in the digital economy.

On the same day, the newly established Hangzhou Comprehensive Party Committee of Digital Economy hired five well-known experts and leaders from Zhejiang Lab, Transfer Group, Alibaba and other enterprises as the first group of mentors to develop “double incubation and double innovation”.
