The center is a major landmark project in Zhejiang Province to promote the three advanced orientation of scientific research, namely, "Internet +", life and health, and new materials. Responding to the call of major national strategies, the center will carry out basic researches and make notable achievements in technological innovation on the five major directions of microfabrication manufacturing, functional materials, micro-Nanoelectronics information, synthetic biology, and ecological environmental protection.
