The Chinese always regard themselves as “the descendants of the dragon”, and this jade bracelet is engraved with the dragon head. As the image of a dragon was found merely at the sites of the earlier stage of Liangzhu Culture, it may be the sacrificial belief of certain ethnic group, who was later integrated into others.
