Shine from China National Silk Museum is going to tell us the story behind the Jin silk with lion and floral roundel pattern. Inside the floral roundel, here stands a lion. This is a typical example of "Duke Lingyang Style". Duke Lingyang was a native of Sichuan Province, and an official in the early Tang Dynasty (about 618-907). It was recorded that he made designs of tribute textiles, hence they are named after him. Want to get more details about this pattern? Watch the video to find out more.
