Ms. Guannan Lin, deputy director of the Nanyue King Museum would like to draw your attention to a 2000-year-old silver box from their collection, which has a quite different look from the mainstream style at that time. It has an origin from West Asia through the maritime Silk Road and it has been adapted to the Chinese style. The silver box witnessed trade and cultural communication back to 2000 years ago.
