Hangzhou–Huangshan intercity railway or Hanghuang ICR is a dual-track, electrified, high-speed rail line between Hangzhou of Zhejiang Province and Huangshan of Anhui Province.The line, came into operation on December 25, 2018, runs 265 km through northwestern Zhejiang and southern Anhui and accommodates trains traveling at speeds up to 250 km/h (160 mph).

The line is the first rail between the two famous tourist destinations and brings counties in mountainous southern Anhui closer to the Yangtze River Delta region. Travel time from Hangzhou to Huangshan was shortened to about one and one-half hour.
