On the morning of June 30, the on-site meeting of beautiful town construction was held in Yuhuan, the coastal city of Taizhou. At the meeting, the first local specification for long-acting management of small towns in China approved by the provincial market supervision bureau, Specification for management of small town's environment and feature (hereinafter referred to as the "Specification"), was officially released.

Adhering to the principles of scientificity, practicality, foresight, and operability, the Specification includes six standard contents: environmental sanitation management, urban order management, township appearance management, outlook control, safety management, and social supervision. 

The Specification provides technical guidance and management basis for the environmental management of small towns in the province. It has a great significance for improving the public service and social governance of small towns.

Next, Zhejiang will organize the learning and training activities on the Specification to enhance the standardization awareness of urban residents, and promote participation of the whole society in the long-acting management of small towns.
