Recently, Zhejiang Provincial Food and Drug Administration, Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission, and Zhejiang Provincial Health Care Security Administration jointly issued the "Working plan for the construction of 24-hour 'online ordering and offline delivery' pharmacy in Zhejiang Province in 2020". From now on, people in Zhejiang Province can enjoy a 24-hour "take-away" service when purchasing medicines online. 

At present, the project of 24-hour "online ordering and offline delivery" pharmacy has been launching in various parts of the province in succession and 500 such pharmacies are expected to be completed by the end of this year.

The 24-hour "online ordering and offline delivery" pharmacy construction is in O2O model which is featured by "online browsing, online payment and offline delivery" to upgrade a group of chain pharmacies with standardized quality management, social responsibility, strong law-abiding consciousness and good credit rating to 24-hour "online ordering and offline delivery" pharmacies. 

Through the construction of such pharmacies, people will have a safer and more convenient way to purchase medicines. Especially under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, it will lower the number of times that people going out for medical treatment and to purchase medicines. Therefore the risk of cross-infection will be reduced and the pressure of epidemic prevention and control of medical institutions will be relieved.
