The weekends in Hangzhou has ushered in rare brilliant sunshine after serial rainy days. Hefang Street has welcomed many tourists as most of its shops reopened. Business in the street basically returned to normal except the health code is required and the temperature measurement is a must to be conducted at the entrance of the scenic spot.
