Zhejiang Province preliminarily completed the development of its "Enterprise Code" Platform on April 22nd. The enterprises in Zhejiang can apply for a code on the Zhejiang Enterprise Service Platform, Zhejiang Government Services APP, or dingtalk.com.

The "Enterprise Code" is a smart code by which the government and society can recognize and serve enterprises, a green channel through which enterprises can obtain services, a collaboration platform for industrial cooperation, and a data-driven application system. By taking a QR code as its identifier, the basic corporate data repository and enterprise-related data supply chain as its data foundation, the provincial enterprise service platform as its application support, and the authorized use of enterprise data as the breakthrough, the "Enterprise Code", featured by high convenience, efficiency, accuracy, openness, and safety, enables multiple systems to work synergistically and data resources to be utilized together for the sake of direct policy release, public service delivery, industry chain cooperation and bank-government-enterprise linkage to provide enterprises with "one-stop service".

At present, the "Enterprise Code" primarily offers eight types of services, including code scanning and entry, code-borne name card, code-borne policy inquiry, code-borne application, code-borne demand making, code-borne financing, code-borne cooperation, and code-borne credit, based on the application scenarios urgently needed and frequently used by enterprises. After receiving the “Enterprise Code”, an enterprise can enter the service channel and create an exclusive digital name card to promptly learn about various policies, handle high-frequency matters, submit a demand and get a reply.

Besides, the "Enterprise Code" is connected to the Zhejiang Financial Service Platform and Ant Financial Services Group MYBank, with financial loans taken out at once; the "Enterprise Code" is also linked to Alibaba 1688 as part of the "Spring Thunder Initiative" to help solve purchasing and marketing problems; it can also be used for credit investigation.

At present, the "Enterprise Code" was put into trial use in Deqing County, Huzhou City on March 18th.
