In recent half a month, WeChat has become the main "battlefield" for Ye Yiqing, chairman of the Overseas Chinese Federation of Qingtian County in Lishui. One of the key recent tasks of the Overseas Chinese Federation of Qingtian County is to establish a network of WeChat and DingTalk groups for the joint prevention and control of the epidemic across oceans for the major countries where Qingtian compatriots are living by consular districts, regions, cities, overseas compatriot groups and levels.

More than 1,700 overseas Chinese leaders serve as managers of the 521 overseas WeChat and DingTalk groups, and over 500 cadres of related departments such as the Overseas Chinese Federation of Qingtian have entered the groups, and over 90 doctors of Qingtian People’s Hospital have entered the groups to receive inquiries, which cover nearly 80,000 overseas compatriot households...Behind the numbers is the epidemic prevention line that connects hundreds of thousands of overseas compatriots.

"330,000 compatriots of Qingtian County are distributed in over 120 countries and regions, including nearly 90,000 in Italy and over 120,000 in Spain." Ye Yiqing said, recently the COVID-19 situation has become increasingly severe in European countries such as Italy and Spain. From February 27, the Overseas Chinese Federation of Qingtian has carried out a series of overseas epidemic prevention and control work, providing services to overseas Chinese compatriots.

Our original intention was to let every overseas compatriot find an organization so that they won't be alone when they need help.

In the past half a month, at 9 am every day, Wu Guanghai would have an online meeting with related domestic organizations such as the Overseas Chinese Federations of Lishui and Qingtian to sort out the joint prevention and control work against the epidemic. What has concerned Wu most recently is to solve the various demands of overseas Chinese living in Italy and provide epidemic prevention services to them.

"Every day, there are numerous calls. I am busy in communicating and solving the problems reflected by overseas compatriots all the time." Wu said. Since the epidemic broke out in Italy, he suspended his own business and devoted himself to the epidemic prevention with overseas compatriots in Italy.

From March 3, more than 90 volunteer doctors have been gathered from each department of Qingtian People’s Hospital to establish a volunteer service team to provide overseas compatriots with services such as health consulting, remote diagnosis and treatment, psychological counseling and answering questions concerning epidemic prevention and control. Other than answering the questions from overseas compatriots as a doctor in the groups, Li Feng also shared epidemic prevention knowledge in the groups every day, and through the WeChat public account, provided overseas compatriots with online inquiry services.

Meanwhile, the Overseas Chinese Federation of Qingtian mobilized medical institutions such as the People’s Hospital of Lishui, Qingtian People’s Hospital, Qingtian TCM Hospital, Kangning Hospital to participate in the medical volunteer services. So far, over 470 doctors have settled in the groups to provide guidance and consulting services to more than 40,000 person-times.

最近半个月，手机微信成了浙江省丽水市青田县侨联主席叶毅青的主要工作“阵地”。在青田籍侨胞重点居住国分领区、分大区、分城市、分侨团、分层级建立“侨海通”疫情跨洋联防联控微信、钉钉群网络，是青田侨联近期的重点工作之一。

521个海外微信、钉钉群，1700余名侨领担任微信群管理员，500余名青田侨联等相关部门干部进群，90余名青田县人民医院医生驻群听诊，覆盖近8万个海外侨胞家庭……数字的背后，是联结成千上万海外侨胞的抗疫防线。

“青田县有33万侨胞分布在120多个国家和地区，其中意大利有近9万人、西班牙有12万多人。”叶毅青说，近来，意大利、西班牙等欧洲国家新冠肺炎疫情形势日渐严峻，从2月27日起，青田侨联开展一系列海外疫情防控工作，为海外侨胞提供服务。

我们的初衷是让每一位海外侨胞都能找到组织，在需要帮助的时候不再孤立无援。

最近半个月，每天上午9点，吴光海都要和丽水市侨联、青田县侨联等国内相关组织线上开会，梳理每天的疫情联防联控工作。解决疫情期间旅居意大利的华侨华人的各类需求，为侨胞提供防疫服务，是吴光海最近最挂心的事。

“每天电话不停，一直忙着沟通解决侨胞反映的问题。”吴光海说，疫情在意大利暴发以来，他暂停了自己的生意，全身心地投入到和意大利华侨华人共同防疫的工作中。

从3月3日起，青田县人民医院各科室召集90余名医生志愿者，组建“青小医”志愿服务团队，为海外侨胞提供健康咨询、远程诊疗、心理疏导、解答新冠肺炎疫情防控知识等服务。除了作为驻群医生回复侨胞的日常提问之外，李锋每天还在群里分享防疫科普知识，同时通过微信公众号平台，对海外侨胞提供线上问诊咨询服务。

与此同时，青田侨联发动丽水市人民医院、青田县人民医院、青田县中医院、康宁医院等医疗机构参与医疗志愿服务工作，截至目前已有驻群医生470余名，提供指导及咨询服务4万余人次。
