On March 18th, Alibaba Cloud and DingTalk released a communication platform for doctors worldwide, inviting Chinese doctors that had participated in the battle against the epidemic to share their clinical experience with foreign counterparts. AI real-time translation service of 11 languages is provided. So far, the platform has attracted Chinese hospitals such as the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine.

As the overseas epidemic situation is escalating, quite many countries are seeking treatment experience from China. Today, the 'Handbook of COVID-19 Prevention and Treatment' launched and sponsored by Jack Ma Foundation and Alibaba Foundation and compiled by dozens of experts of the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine was officially released and was provided to medical workers worldwide through the Alibaba Cloud communication platform for doctors worldwide.

As the designated hospital to offer centralized treatment and rescue to critically ill patients of COVID-19 in Zhejiang Province, 2/3 of the patients admitted by the First Affiliated Hospital were in critical and severe conditions. However, no patients had died and no doctor has been infected. For this reason, it has been honored as a "Key Stand" against COVD-19 for Zhejiang.

Through this kind of international communication platform, Chinese hospitals like the First Affiliated Hospital can share their clinical treatment experience with foreign doctors. Overseas hospitals can download the handbook from the platform and communicate in multiple languages smoothly.

The platform supports AI real-time translation of 11 languages such as English, Japanese and Italian and provides free audio and video functions for complex scenes. Doctors of different regions can collaborate online, see the conditions of patients in a real-time manner and treat the patients by referring to the combating experience of Chinese doctors.

At present, the platform has opened the channel for application. Chinese doctors with epidemic fighting experience at the front line and overseas doctors that need the shared experience of clinical treatment may apply for joining via the link covid-19.alibabacloud.com.

海外疫情不断升级，不少国家向中国寻求治疗经验。今日，由马云公益基金会、阿里巴巴公益基金会发起并资助、由浙大一院数十位专家撰写的《新冠肺炎防治手册》正式发布，并通过阿里云国际医生交流平台提供给全球医护工作者。

作为浙江省新冠肺炎危重症患者集中救治定点医院，浙大一院收治病例中有三分之二属于危重症和重症患者，但病患无一例死亡、医护无一例感染，被称为浙江抗新冠肺炎“定海神针”。

通过阿里云和钉钉搭建的国际医生交流平台，像浙大一院这样的中国医院可以向海外医生分享临床治疗经验，海外医院可以在该平台下载中国医生提供的治疗手册，并且无障碍进行多语言交流。

平台支持英语、日语、意大利语等11国语言AI实时翻译，并且为复杂场景提供了免费的音视频功能。不同地区的医生可以在线协同，实时看到患者状况，参考中国医生的实战经验，对患者进行救治。

目前，该平台已开通入驻通道，具备一线抗疫经验的中国医生，以及需要获得临床治疗经验分享的海外医生可通过covid-19.alibabacloud.com申请入驻。
