Mantova Overseas Chinese Chamber of Industry and Commerce, led by its chairman Ye Zhengqin, established an anti-epidemic volunteer team. On the morning of March 16th, the team organized two trucks to send fresh vegetables to over 200 overseas Chinese households. It’s said that the organization will voluntarily send articles of daily necessity to the overseas compatriots living and working in Mantova province and the surrounding regions every Sunday until the lockdown is canceled.

On March 11, the aforesaid Chamber of Industry and Commerce donated 5,000 Euros and some medical masks to local government.

On March 13, Italy Verona Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce established a contact mechanism with Milan Consulate General and domestic overseas Chinese affairs departments. In order to protect the overseas compatriots and assist them to solve various problems encountered during the epidemic, the Verona Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce established an “Overseas Chinese Service Volunteer”, welcoming the overseas compatriots to join and contribute their strength.

According to relevant principals of Wenzhou Municipal Overseas Chinese Federation, as the epidemic is spread overseas, the first batch of special health consultants of Wenzhou was released. The first team of “special health consultants for overseas Wenzhouers” made up of over 20 doctors provides overseas Wenzhouers with health consulting services and answer related questions on COVID-19 prevention and control.

Meanwhile, a 24-hour service hotline was opened (0577-88968632) and the special staff was assigned to respond to the questions of overseas Chinese compatriots online and help solve their difficulties. At present, the “Overseas Wenzhouers Alliance against the Epidemic” has established 202 organizations, joined by 55,965 members, which has sent the latest information such as epidemic prevention data, measures, and policies to guide the overseas compatriots to protect themselves.

曼托瓦华侨华人工商联合会在会长叶正勤的带领下，成立疫情防控小组志愿者队伍。3月16日上午，组织两辆卡车新鲜蔬菜，上门派送到200多户华侨家庭。据介绍，该组织每周日将义务为曼托瓦省内及周边工作和生活的侨胞运送曰常生活必须品，直到封城解除。

3月11日，曼托瓦华侨华人工商联合会向当地政府捐赠了5000欧元和部分医用口罩。

3月13日，意大利维罗纳华侨华人总商会与米兰总领馆、国内侨务部门建立了联系机制，为了做好侨胞的防护工作，协助解决困难侨胞在疫情期间遇到的各种问题，维罗纳华侨华人总商会组建“携手抗疫为侨服务志愿队”，欢迎侨胞加入进来贡献一份力量。

市侨联有关负责人称，针对海外疫情的扩散，我市首批专属健康顾问上线，首批由20多名医生组成的“海外温州人专属健康顾问”团队为海外温州人提供健康咨询服务，解答有关新冠肺炎疫情防控的知识。

同时，开通24小时为侨服务热线24小时服务热线（0577-88968632），安排专门人员在线回应侨胞问题，帮助解决侨胞遇到的困难。目前，“携手抗疫海外温州人大联盟”已建立202个，入群人员55965人，发送国内防疫数据、防疫举措、防疫政策等动态，引导海外侨胞做好自我防护。
