Youssef Souei is a Tunisia-born student at Zhejiang Gongshang University. He has been living in Hangzhou for almost six years. In the face of this novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, he is sincerely hoping to contribute something to his second home - China. During his volunteering experience, he finds out that the language barrier is a big problem for quite a few foreigners in his residential community. Therefore, he opens a "Love Hotline" to provide caring consultations and other urgent services to those foreign friends.
