In fact, if the industrial solid wastes are not property disposed, it will lead to huge hidden trouble of safety production and easily cause environmental pollution. In addition, the difficult disposal of industrial solid wastes and excessive disposal cost also trouble the enterprises. Since this May, the city brought in the third-party companies of renewable resources and carried out pilot in the economic development zone. It explored the "five-step disposal method" of "internet + solid waste", and invented the operation mode "guided by the government, operated by the market, and benefited by the enterprise", thus properly disposing industrial solid wastes and realizing multi-party win-win. 

It includes the door-to-door guidance of special staff, thus ensuring the accurate classification at the source, real-time update of waste production conditions on cellphone APP, customization of clearance and transportation plans for enterprises, professional secondary sorting, thus maximizing the solid waste values, strengthening of department coordination and strict supervision, thus blocking the loopholes of illegal solid waste disposal. Yongkang explores the effective "five-step disposal method" of "internet + solid waste" and forms a set of duplicable and referable pilot work experience, thus finding a new "way out" for industrial solid wastes.
