The series reports themed “Moving on Steadily with High-quality Development” have been aired on the Network News Broadcast on CCTV. Zhejiang's 5G development was highlighted by a report under the series broadcasted on June 24.

在浙江一家化纤企业，5G技术已经运用到了长丝生产车间，一排排化纤丝筒从生产线整齐有序地产出，搬运机器人来回跑动，所有生产景象都以超高清影像同步传输到公司的工业互联网平台上，一旦出现故障，专家就能远程处理。

In a chemical fiber manufacturer of Zhejiang Province, the 5G technology has been applied in its workshop of filament. Rows of chemical fiber filament bobbins come out of the production lines in a neat and orderly manner, as the transfer robots are running back and forth. All phases of production are uploaded in sync in the form of UHD images to the company’s industrial internet platform. Once a failure occurs, the experts will be able to handle it remotely.

Today in Zhejiang, an increasing number of enterprises are proactively researching and developing the in-depth applications of 5G at a faster pace. 就在今年，浙江省发布了关于推进5G产业发展的实施意见，将实施500个智能制造应用示范项目，建设基于5G技术的“无人车间”“无人工厂”。

This year, Zhejiang Province has unveiled implementation opinions on promoting the development of 5G industry and will implement 500 demonstration projects of smart manufacture applications and build unmanned workshops and unmanned factories based on 5G technology.

今年4月，中国5G创新谷落户萧山，5月，位于余杭的中国5G创新园首批25个项目也已审定。

This April, China 5G Innovation Valley was settled in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. In May, the first batch of 25 projects of China 5G Innovation Park located in Hangzhou's Yuhang District was also examined and approved.

最新数据显示，目前浙江已建设5G网络基站2450个，总覆盖面积超过500平方公里，浙江在智慧交通、智慧医疗、工业互联网、智慧城市、智慧教育、人工智能与机器人、高清视频、车联网等多个领域开展的融合应用示范项目就超过了60个。今年1-5月，浙江数字经济核心产业增加值增速高于规模以上工业4.1个百分点，拉动规模以上工业增加值增长1.2个百分点。

According to the latest data, so far a total of 2,450 5G network base stations have been built in Zhejiang, which covers a total area of more than 500 km2. Zhejiang has launched more than 60 demonstration projects of integrated application in such fields as smart transport, smart health care, industrial internet, smart city, smart education, artificial intelligence and robotics, HD video and internet of vehicles. From January to May this year, the growth speed of value-added of core industries of Zhejiang’s digital economy was 4.1 percentage point higher than that of industries above the designated size, having driven the value-added of industries above designated size to grow by 1.2 percentage point.
