Chinese Vice Premier Han Zheng stressed that Hong Kong has many deep-seated economic and livelihood issues to be solved, and they must be solved. But the premise of solving these problems is that we must ensure a stable social environment. The national security law is to maintain Hong Kong's social unity and stability.
