Chief Executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Carrie Lam expressed strong opposition against a U.S. bill on HKSAR at a weekly news briefing on Tuesday.

"The bill will deeply hurt American businesses," Lam added.

She added that the government will implement a fourth round of relief measures to improve the current situation in the city.
