On August 27, we held an interview with Mr. Shan Zhiming, whose ancestral home is the Dongyang city of Zhejiang Province. He is a member of the 13th National People's Congress Election Conference and also a member of the Chinese Association of Hong Kong & Macao Studies. He told reporters that the turmoil in Hong Kong during the recent months has greatly affected his business and daily life, as well as his friends. If they continue to do like this, it will not only affect Hong Kong's economy, but also Hong Kong's future. For most of residents here, they are against those behaviors of the protesters.
