As the whole country celebrated the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, another piece of good news came from Qianjiang New City. The light show with the theme of National Day was presented on CCTV on September 28th. 35 buildings in Qianjiang New City will present a feast of light and shade to people of the whole country in the loud and passionate music.

The total length of the new version of light show is 15 minutes. Through four chapters (Red Epic·Hero Monument, Work Hard·Rise of the Dragon, Develop Beside the River·Stand on the Tide Bravely, and Strive Ahead·Innovate with Vitality), it shows the brilliant achievements of construction since the founding of new China comprehensively and systematically, and depicts the grand time of the rise of a great power vividly.

Light show of Qianjiang New City is a golden name card for Hangzhou to show the unique charm of the city. It is also an important measure of Hangzhou's action of development and cultural prosperity. Since the G20 Summit in 2016, Qianjiang New City has successively launched more than ten versions of light show, including "I Love You, China", "Hangzhou International Day", "Asian Games", "40thAnniversary of Reform and Opening Up". Each version is carefully designed and produced, bringing different wonderful shows to people.

In addition, the Music Fountain of Qianjiang New City is updated together with the light show. To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, music fountain has also been transformed and upgraded. Colorful waterscape has been redesigned. Around the theme of the times, eight classic songs with outstanding significance of the times have been updated, including Tide of Qiantang, Do Not Forget the Original Intention, Shine for China and New World.
