In order to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the embassy of China in Argentine organized overseas Chinese compatriots, overseas Chinese students, Chinese enterprises, the art troupe of Hangzhou Opera & Dance Drama Theater visiting Argentine and Argentine friends to shoot and produce a video “My Motherland and Me” together. In the remote country more than 20,000 km from China, they sang praise of the great motherland and peaceful cooperation in the form of a flash mob MV.

On that day, the couple of Zou Xiaoli, the ambassador of China to Argentine, held a National Day celebration reception party at the Kirchner Cultural Center of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentine, to celebrate the 70th birthday of the People’s Republic of China. The celebration ceremony was attended by over 600 people, including key politicians such as Morales, the governor of Jujuy Province of Argentine, Luis Etchevehere, the minister of agriculture, husbandry and fishery, Carmen Poledo, the chairman of Argentine-China friendly team of the House of Representatives of Argentine, officials of central and local governments, members of the parliament, friends from all quarters of society, foreign envoys in Argentine, Chinese news agencies in Argentine, representatives of Chinese enterprises, overseas Chinese compatriots and overseas Chinese students.

At the site. the International Itinerant Exhibition on the Theme of 70th Anniversary of Founding of the People’s Republic of China was also held. A total of 250 vivid and beautiful pictures staged a comprehensive review of the brilliant achievements made by the New China in each field since its founding and the fruitful achievements of cooperation between China and Argentine.

Ambassador Zou remarked, the performance was full of Chinese style, Hangzhou flavors and Latin elements and received unanimous praise from the audiences of both countries and pushed the celebration event to a climax. The series of activities have played an active role in enhancing people’s friendship and exchange along the “Belt and Road” and has also built a great canal to connect the people of both sides.
